1. Course Fees Refund

  • Once a course has been purchased and access is granted, fees are generally non-refundable.

  • However, in special cases (such as duplicate payment or technical issues preventing access), refunds may be considered.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests will only be accepted if:

  • You face technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course and the issue is not resolved within 7 working days.

  • You have been wrongly charged or made a duplicate payment.

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incomplete usage of the course

  • Failure to attend live sessions or complete modules

  • Course purchased during special discount offers, sales, or promotions
