1. Course Fees Refund
Once a course has been purchased and access is granted, fees are generally non-refundable.
However, in special cases (such as duplicate payment or technical issues preventing access), refunds may be considered.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will only be accepted if:
You face technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course and the issue is not resolved within 7 working days.
You have been wrongly charged or made a duplicate payment.
You request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
